Kim is truly amazing—she’s prompt, attentive, and always takes the time to answer our questions thoroughly. I appreciate how she always considers things from the customer’s perspective, making the whole process so much easier for us. Will also did an outstanding job, providing a detailed introduction to the new car and patiently explaining all its features with great professionalism.
