I cannot say enough great things about Vellers Auto. On my way into Port Alberni my van started to shake very badly. Luckily I made it to my friends' place, which was a planned stop on my way to van-camp (already reserved and paid for) in Ucluelet. I left a desperate message to Vellers Auto that night and not having any other option, I shakily drove to Vellers early in the morning before hearing back from them. Everyone I spoke to, before and after the repair, was absolutely wonderful. Vellers was swamped with work that day and stated that they would likely not be able to get back to me until mid-afternoon. At the time, I was very grateful for that. Magically, I received a call from them at around 1:30 PM. They said that my van was totally repaired and that I could come and pick it up. It was amasing ! The relief and emotion I felt was undescribable. How kind of Vellers to make my unfortunate and somewhat desperate situation all better. Also, it was a serious sounding repair and, to be honest, I felt the price was very fair. The van worked well all the way to Long Beach and then back to the Gulf Island I live on and has worked very well ever since.
