Pacific Rim Heat Pumps is a highly recommended heating and cooling company. They have a professional, caring, and responsive team that focuses on customer satisfaction. The consultant was knowledgeable and helped the customer save money through a rebate program. The installation crew was respectful and left the space spotless. The team also provided excellent after-sales support.

We had Keith put in a ductless heat pump 2 years ago, and it was the best investment we've put into our house. Keith was personable, explained the difference between ducted and ductless, walked us through everything and when he was done and we got our first hydro bill after switching over, it was 60% less than the previous year in the same period. I'd recommend heat pumps as the way to go any day, and Keith as the person to talk to!
