I booked an appointment for my Mercedes SUV. They got it in when it was scheduled, found the issues were quick on the quote and got the repair done before expected. They were very thorough and great at keeping me updated. They have all the latest scan tools and are awesome at figuring out electrical issues. Thank goodness I no longer have to take it to MB dealer in Nanaimo anymore.

They make it reasonable to own an older vehicle and have someone else work on it. Ive had a hard time finding a mechanic to do work that I'm satisfied with as Ive always done my own repairs and maintenance. GD Auto performed extensive work on our truck across multiple different mechanical systems and I am very satisfied with everything they've done. I haven't had to return it for anything to be rectified as it was done right the first time. Greg is easy to work with and the techs there seem to do their job well... I'm not left to tighten or clean up the work they've done. I don't think I'll be working on my own vehicles anymore.

My Mercedes died at Sproat Lake on Sunday! Dropped it at their door with a note to call me. The guys were great! Chatted Monday, part in Tuesday and my girl was back in my hands Wednesday! Very much appreciated!
