I had a kitten spayed at a Nanaimo clinic that developed post-surgical problems. That clinic was not helpful and I made an emergency appointment with Alberni Veterinary Clinic. They were amazing, caring and set straight to work on what needed to be resolved. Their competence and compassion were unmatched.

The ladies are so helpful and caring ,both veterinarians were compassionate not only to my baby boy "Blu" but me as well.Blu is reactive and very scared ,everyone there made him feel safe we won't go anywhere else,we found our place,thank you all for helping us and still continue to do

Thank you Lorena and staff for the care and compassion that I received when taking my 17 year old dog in .Taz lived a good long life but in the end he had a lot of health issues. Taz went to doggy heaven that day.Thank you for the hug and consoling I received from you Lorena..You are a great vet and person
