Weird Gulf Excavating Ltd behavior .I was surprised to see email with an invoice from Gulf Excavating. Similar unexpected situation was happened before when the neighbors inform us about excavator on their property and after in our lot . We just guess what it can be yours equipment and phoned you . We did not have any agreement with you, and we did not authorize you to do anything on our lot. You did it on your own initiative. We just asked you about the possibility of build a septic for us. That's it. We will not pay your invoice.It would be nice to get this amount FROM YOU for disturbing our neighbors and digging 2 small holes on our lot… read full review
