I have been a client for approximately four years, each time I have a need of there many services has always been a a good experience, sharing their knowledge has been helpful in my recoveries . Front desk/reception are very welcoming and have a lot of knowledge about the different options offered, try very hard if it is an emergency to fit you in.

I ended up in need of a Physio while on vacation in Osoyoos. I was able to get an appointment with Keroles Soliman as well as a follow up appointment. The front desk was super friendly, It was very easy to Sort out direct billing with them. Keroles Asked lots of questions and got me to do lots of movements so he could assess me. He was then able to teach me some exercise exercises and stretches that would help me. He very quickly sent me an email with photos and videos to show me how to do these in case I forgot. I Would highly recommend coming here.
