I was visiting from out of town in a rented car. The undercarriage came loose and I was concerned about driving it with duct tape so I brought it to Oliver Brake and Muffler LTD. They took my car in and within 40 minutes bolted the undercarriage securely with a smile. The price was very reasonable and most importantly I have a car that is safe to drive back to Seattle. Highly Recommend!

I had heard great things about these guys and I was in such a predicament and they did everything they could to find a solution for me and they did. Love these guys professional and taking care of their own. Thank you guys
Far as I'm concerned keys to a shop you want to trust with your car are knowledge/skill, integrity and communication. CarryAnne (besides being a retired Nurse) is a car person who actually listened and understood my concern. Thier mechanic Dan was communicative and transparent. What a great experience!
