I have used Jan before and had a great experience as per my review below,We had Jan complete the close of our property and it was very complicated with a few mistakes. (not on her end). She worked hard and did everything in her power to ensure there was no delays in closing. I would highly recommend her. Thanks again Jan. Sept 2021So I reached out to Jan and Janet for another property. She said she should be able to fit us in. We had over 2 months. I called Janet left messages with no answer, I emailed 4 times with no answer. With about a month to go I could not wait any longer so I pulled it and went somewhere else.
