Clients have noted the team's amicable nature and their ability to clearly explain the work being done. They recently completed a renovation of an ensuite and powder room, where the owner received helpful advice throughout the process. Each new trade, like the tiler and electrician, was introduced by a technician, ensuring a smooth workflow. The job was completed expeditiously, and customers plan to use North Saanich Plumbing for future projects, such as a kitchen renovation after the holidays. They have also handled emergencies, like a serious broken copper pipe leak, with impressive skill and timely service, making them the go-to plumbing company for many.
