Vasili is knowledgeable, friendly, and can identify deficiencies, offering verbal solutions. He takes the time to discuss each detail and is able to provide a quick turnaround for inspections and reports. Highly recommended.
Vasili was excellent to work with. I contacted him with a request for a 24 hour turn around on a WETT inspection for a home I was purchasing, and he got the job done at a rate that was much lower than I received from another company. Thanks Vasili and Maximum Home Inspections!
Maximum Home Inspections has served me very well, for the SECOND time! Without a doubt, I will continue to hire Vasili on any home inspection, big or small. Thank you sir - a very satisfied customer.
We hired Vasili for a pre-purchase inspection, and he exceeded our expectations. He was prompt, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain his findings. Vasili treated us with respect, demonstrated excellent customer service, and made the entire process smooth and reassuring.
