I wanted to get into strength training, but I knew it's probably best to get a personal trainer to show me proper form which I why I reached out to Scott. Long story short, he's really great! He's very encouraging and good at giving you a push when you need it. The sessions are hard, but also enjoyable. The hour goes by quickly! 10/10 would recommend!

I've been training with Scott for a couple of years now. He brings enthusiasm, commitment and variety to each of the sessions, keeping it interesting and challenging. Scott focuses on individual needs and goals, even in partner training sessions. Even on days when it's hard to get to the gym, knowing that he will be there with a great story, a funny joke, or a new game is the perfect motivation. It's amazing to know the progress that I've made, and I look forward to continuing on that path with Scott's guidance and expertise.

Scott has a great personality and makes you feel comfortable with your fitness level. He also pushes you as any trainer should. Always positive and informative with your progress and training. Highly recommend if your looking for a great experience!
