Jason came to fix my dishwasher. He was quick in diagnose and fix the issue. Then I asked him to look into my old stove. He was able to also resolve the issue within minutes. I have never seen anyone worked so fast and efficient. His charges was very reasonable. Highly recommend his service.

Service date: March 14, 2025. Describing the problem and making the appointment was absolutely painless. Solution Appliance came over promptly, fixed the problem with our washing machine with a minimum of fuss and time. Personable, friendly - the kind of treatment you can only get from a smaller business. Much better experience than I've had dealing with the bigger, money-grubbing companies around here.

I just had my over 10yo Whirlpool washer serviced by Jason. I wanted to share that even though he’d already correctly diagnosed the problem as a leaky drain hose, Jason pulled the unit out and checked all the connections still, demonstrating thoroughness in his work. I appreciate Solution Appliance and will definitely reuse them in the future—great job!
