We were in the city and went prom dress shopping with our daughter. We had tried on some dresses in another shop, all of which required extensive alterations, and had one in mind, but I felt she should keep looking. She spotted the Sew Sweet Dress Shop and we walked in. The first dress she spotted that was on the mannequin as we walked into the store was the one she wished to try on. The ladies in the store were so warm and personable, and made us feel like family! Once she put on the dress, she didn’t want to take it off - it was the one! The quality of these hand made dresses is so apparent next to the factory made, and they are very reasonably priced. They were even able to accommodate us to make alterations to the length and some minor changes my daughter wanted! I cannot wait to see her wear it to prom! I am sending every parent I know to this store who wishes to go out of town for shopping. I would recommend this lady for wedding dresses as well - her gowns are amazing!
I had a wonderful experience getting my wedding dress at Sew Sweet Rose Bridal! My sister-in-law recommended me to this place after she got her dress there as well. I am petite so it was awesome getting a dress custom-fitted to my body. I loved how they gave recommendations of what fabric and styles would look nice together and they were so accommodating! I even requested pockets in my wedding dress and they made that come true!
My daughters and I went dress shopping in October 2017 for my eldest daughters May 2018 wedding. We sat through two sittings at very fancy stores and my daughter got sadder and sadder that the sweet wedding dress she wanted was not going to be found. We went for lunch and happened to walk by Sew Sweet Rose Bridal. Thankfully we went in. We loved Cinda and her assistant right away and decided to have them make the perfect dress. They took extremely exacting measurements, draped beautiful clothe over my daughter for her to pick the perfect colour and weight and set up a series of lovely meetings from January to April where we got to see the dress made a little more each time. Cinda was patient with our small alterations and gave us great advice. It was a high point of our wedding planning together and I cannot recommend the experience more.
