After it was done, we were sent a very detailed invoice with a description of all the work done.Fast-forward to January: 3 of the mouse traps got triggered, so they were still coming in somehow. Pest Boss quickly scheduled in another day to reinspect our property. Found some suspect areas and one more potential entryway that got missed the first time -- all got reinforced.Pest problems WILL require multiple trips and continuous "monitoring", but this company is super patient about it. Gives me confidence that they can squash the problems even if they return.“
