I went to Mobile Zone to buy a protective case for my new phone. They didn't have any in stock so ordered one for me.
The case took nearly a week to arrive. When i picked it up, the employee put it on my phone for me. And THEN they told me it was a case for a different model, that they couldn't get a case for my model of phone.
The new case interferes with the volume buttons (the volume turns on and up to max volume all on its own, and frequently) and makes it impossible to use my fingerprint to unlock the phone. It is many small annoyances that add up to be a big frustration.

I was in a pinch to get my broken iPhone lens fixed. The service was friendly, fast and fairly priced. A nearby shop quoted me 2x the cost so I came here instead. I will absolutely come back. There was also a huge selection of cases in store.
