This is a small location and it is always busy. However the staff are polite, pleasant and dedicated, and do their best to handle the large volume of customers, some of whom are grumpy and expect instant service even when things are hectic. No complaints about the staff at all.
The staff are professional and trying their best, however this location seems severely under staffed. Even with appointments, the line to even check in with someone is extremely long and barely moved in 30 minutes.
Even with appointment a very long wait. They have waiting room chairs a foot away from the check in desks where everyone has to recite their name, address, phone number. A weird system and no privacy whatsoever. Just too busy for staff to handle. Staff trying their best.
