Walter has worked for me on a number of projects, both large and small. We started working with him many years back when he was part of another company. Since then, we have kept in touch and I've followed his work with interest. Residential projects Walter has worked on for me included a custom greenhouse on a concrete pad, a custom glass deck awning, and a small second floor room addition (a mock wine cellar). Provided a clear written quote. Hardworking crew to build our fence. Attentive to details with deck fascia. Walter and Jordan are respectful, professional and responsive. Definitely would hire again.

I contacted Keenlyside Construction when I needed some repairs done - I needed a window replaced and they couldn't get the same size. After consulting with me first, they got a slightly smaller one and installed it perfectly, including building out the gaps between the walls and the old window opening. The work was done quickly, they were very polite and professional (including cleaning up well at the end of the day!) and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any job, big or small!
