Bravo to the team at Jiffy Lube New West. Immediate service with a very friendly, informative team who offered the extras but didn’t push anything. I work in hotels and their service skills were certainly on par. I’ll be coming back and bringing my friends!

Trying to get headlight bulbs replaced, I could not believe how many so called repair shops said they would not be able to do it! In the end I called I Napa repair shop and got an immediate response yes ? I have had it done same day ? Excellent customer service, I will not be taking my car anywhere else from now on, thank you for this Bob O'Neill This was done by Drive in auto 1027 Royal Ave New West! Not Jiffy Lube sorry for the confusion. Bob

I CANNOT THANK YOU GUYS ENOUGH FOR FIXING MY HONDA CRV AND TOPPING UP WINDSHIELD FLUID.......FOR FREE!! I was not in need of an oil change but needed a quick fix for the front under cover thingy. Your kindness rocks!! I will be by for an oil change when due!!! Signed: Grateful Vancouver Gal.
