First time getting rug cleaned and it was done well and quickly (within a week) which timed perfectly with our move! Well priced as well in my opinion based on several other quotes I got from other companies. Will use again in the future for sure :)

He arrived 10 mins before the appointment time - a good sign in my books. He reviewed the process he was going to use on our wool carpeting; pre-treatment, cleaning etc. He worked quietly, efficiently, was tidy, careful, professional and very thorough.
