I highly recommend this place. Estimator Jackson and his machinal team are super helpful and professional. They were able to provide solid recommendations and suggestions and give out quality work. I have also dealt with other body shops, but Boyd New West is at the next level. I can't recommend this place more than ever.

I had a great experience at Boyd Autobody New West.
The bumper of my 2001 Pathfinder was damaged and I had concerns my vehicle would be written off if the cost was too much. I appreciated the time Jackson and Wade took to look over my vehicle and explain to me the issues with the repair. Certainly, considering the presence of rust. The entire process went smoothly from my perspective: a substitute vehicle was available, excellent front desk communication, repair was completed one day earlier than expected, vehicle was clean on pick-up, and the bumper was much better than I thought could have been possible - it was perfect!
I have used Boyd, this location, for some autobody work in the past. I dropped by because I had an issue with some loose rear mud flaps, fasteners/clips not doing what they were intended to do. Jackson promptly looked at the situation and got one of his technicians to fix the issue at no charge. After 5 minutes, I was on my way again. Thank you, Jackson, for the prompt response and amazing customer service.
