Been here about 4 times now. Service is okay - they constantly switch back and forth between clients during your appointment so it doesn't realy feel like you're completely taken care of. Also, I'm not sure if it's the same with other nail salons, but their regular manicure drying procedure has changed to air drying through a fan instead of the UV light they've used before, so you have to sit there for 30 minutes after they've finished with your nails and still need to be careful after leaving.
Truly a great experience at this salon. I specifically chose it because of the reviews. I made a reservation and they were ready for both of us. No waiting, no overbooking. Clean. Lyn took extra care with my mother in laws damaged nails and provided great suggestions for care and maintaining the manicure. Trisha did my nails. She was cheerful and pleasant. Even helped me with the parking app because I forgot to plug the meter. Both our Mani/Pedis were done very well. Thank you ladies! I will be back.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was very friendly and attentive.
