I had a great experience at Anim for haircuts for both myself and my 3 year old. The staff were all warm, welcoming, and the salon vibe was very calm and inviting. Nancy was incredibly patient and encouraging with my son who had a tantrum due to his fear of haircuts. She went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. As for myself, she regained my confidence in trusting hair stylists and I left feeling very happy. She was incredibly kind and accommodating with my booking error as a new client. My deepest apologies to the client after us for causing your appointment to be late. We will be back as the experience was overall stress free and enjoyable.
