I emailed on a Friday morning requesting a service call. I recieved a call back 10 minutes later from a receptionist who was pleasant and professional and she scheduled me for Monday morning. Their plumber Jimmy called me Monday AM to let me know he was enroute. He arrived exactly as scheduled and was an absolute gentleman. He managed to clear a really difficult blockage that I had already scoped and tried to snake. Really great experience from my first point of contact to wrap up. Highly recommend. Great job ?

I have utilized Micah's Plumbing and Heating over the last 10 years I have lived in the rural West Kootenays. The service has consistently been exceptional. I recently had an emergency with my hot water tank and they were here to fix it within an hour the same day - you do not see this ever in our Valley!.... This isn't plumbing related, but I wanted to share because it was so lovely! I met Micah briefly at the insurance agency because the screws that held on my license plate were badly rusted and I was unable to remove them. He overheard the issue I was having and said "If you come by the shop in the morning, we can help you out with that!" And sure enough they were able to remove the screws for me! That was such a kind gesture from a stranger and I truly appreciated it! :)
