Excellent service from beginning to end of the project. David made a site visit to assess the job in a professional, knowledgeable and pleasant way. Jason arrived a few days later and did a wonderful and efficient job of the tasks at hand with humour and a great vibe. Tons of knowledge about all things housings and equipment : ) I now have a solid new main water shutoff that I can have total confidence in. Highly recommended for sure!
A-3 is the best mechanical contractor in the Kootenays. We had a complicated build — hydronic heating, heat pumps, full plumbing with technical challenges — and their team approached every integration challenge like a puzzle worth solving rather than a problem worth avoiding. That attitude never wavered, even when things got genuinely complex. You could feel the difference between a crew that knows their trade deeply and one that's just getting through the job. A-3 is the former. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
I just had my heat pump and new furnace installed by A3. What a fabulous business to work with! Danny was so helpful and explained the benefits of a ducted installation. He spent time with the president of my strata explaining that the current requirements for installation in the strata rules, were obsolete. The strata updated the requirements which will benefit everyone else in the strata. All of the workers who installed the system were so respectful, polite and thorough. Thanks to everyone at A-3!
