I want to thank and praise Jason, the plumber, for doing an excellent job of replacing of our old clay pipe which had cracked as a result of roots. Jason not only cleaned out the roots and replaced the cracked clay pipe but he also ensured via a camera the pipe to sewer was free from roots. He arrived on time. He clearly, in layman's terms, explained the problem and solution. I can tell he has a wealth of experience! I highly recommend Jason for your plumbing issues.
Excellent service from beginning to end of the project. David made a site visit to assess the job in a professional, knowledgeable and pleasant way. Jason arrived a few days later and did a wonderful and efficient job of the tasks at hand with humour and a great vibe. Tons of knowledge about all things housings and equipment : ) I now have a solid new main water shutoff that I can have total confidence in. Highly recommended for sure!
