My vehicle was shipped from Halifax to Courtenay. The last leg from Nanaimo to Courtenay was completed by Nanoose Bay Towing. I was contacted when they had received my vehicle, and then plans were made to have it delivered to our new address. I was contacted by the driver the day before and then shortly before the truck arrived. We inspected the vehicle together and then completed the required paperwork. No issues at all. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional.
Kyle responded quickly and changed our flat tire quickly! Kyle is friendly and confident; he put our minds at ease and we knew we were in great hands. We will happily call Nanoose Bay Towing should we ever need roadside assistance again.Service: Tire change
Car died on the hwy south of Parksville was in a real jam they picked up car (1976 Olds) while I was given a ride by relative to Parksville Coffee shop They called my with the hour had the car at my mechanics safely. Highly Recommend them if you are close to them. JW
