About Discipline Fitness
Discipline Fitness is a 24-hour gym with good but old-style equipment. The monthly rates are pretty expensive, and the music is not the best. The owner has been described as a "complete prick" by some reviewers, but others have found it to be a really great facility with everything they need and great rates.

A really great gym for a visit while traveling! Logan was very friendly and inviting, and with a phone call has set me up for drop-in visits each time I come to Nakusp.
