I've been on the phone numerous times since last year booking and rebooking appointments and the receptionist has been very polite and helpful. When actually in the office, which was bright and clean (and decorated in a way that would appeal to kids) she was kind and caring and professional. Maybe it was a new receptionist? (Either that or the lady that wrote the other review was just having a very bad day?)Dr. Thompson is also a very smart chap. Good thing for the community to have him around. Cheers.
