Bill’s done a couple of things for me. The first was the removal of a concrete slab. He quoted $3,500 but lowered the charge to $1,200 when he found it was less work than expected. He didn’t have to do that as we had a contract! The second was a spray foam job. The installer was on time, professional and had some good advice about general insulation principles. Thanks Bill.
Bill has done several renovation projects on our Mayne Island home. He is super-knowledgeable about all aspects of home construction and renovation. Bill does very high quality work, and gets it done quickly - which is even more impressive for Gulf Island work. He has good relationships with competent on and off-island subcontractors that are inevitably required for many complex jobs that he plans and supervises. Nice guy, easy to work with and a good communicator.
Bill has done two valuable renovations to our cottage on Mayne in recent years. The first was an extension to our deck and the second was an upgrade of our interior plumbing from Poly-B to PEX. Both jobs were timely in execution and we are pleased with the results.
