Experience
I recently visited HUB and was impressed with the staff's friendliness and attentiveness. However, I encountered a problem during my visit that the staff couldn't resolve. After reaching out to customer service, I didn't receive the help I needed.
Fortunately, when I escalated the issue to the supervisor, they were extremely helpful and resolved the problem efficiently. Their expertise and willingness to assist were truly commendable.

So grateful for Tamara as she always goes the extra mile. She has been so helpful with all our insurance needs and is able to correct our forgetfulness over the phone. Thank you Tammy!
Tamara was extremely helpful in getting us set up with a policy. She went out of her way to make sure everything was done right and quickly. It's nice having such great people in place in a small town like this. You get the personal touch that you'd never see in the larger centers!
