My day started with a phone call to West Coast Beauty,in Langley. Chloe answered the phone,in a very nice,professional way.Answering my questions,with up most confidence. She took the time,to see if the product was there,that I was looking for.Happily,it was.So I made my way to the store.When I got there, I was warmly greeted and asked by Ash,if I needed any help.
I did,I needed to get registered, with an account.Being a little nervous, of how to do the application on my phone,she offered to help me...I was very thankful.I handed her my phone and she showed me,step by step,of what she was doing and asked the needed questions. This is my favorite location for professional hair and beauty supplies. Todd and Alana are just hands 🙌🏼 down amazing and super knowledgeable. Their customer service is outstanding👌🏼 highly recommend this location.
Best staff of all the suppliers I’ve been to! From the smiles when I walk into the store to laughs we share while I’m there!

Truly is my go to place and not just cause they have my colour line but how friendly everyone is ! To have that kinda customer service nowadays means a lot!
