I felt immediately at ease with the doctor and staff. They took time during what is normally a stressful experience for me because getting my glasses adjusted correctly takes a while. Some places talk down to you as if they know best as they are the 'experts' but as I have worn glasses all my life I think I am a bit of an expert as well. None of that here - just kindness and patience. And my glasses look great!
Professional, very thorough, and welcoming. I felt cared for, listened to, and able to relax. They got me set up with new glasses quick and painlessly. I left feeling very excited to have found such a great place. Thank you guys! I will be coming in again and will be bringing my kids here as well. �
My experience was awesome. Dr. Johal & staff are exceptionally friendly, professional, accommodating, efficient & hospitable ... I felt like I was being served at home. My diagnosis from a previous Optometrist was slightly off ... they saved me from going back to the other Optometrist by reevaluating me gratis ... they would not even accept a tip. Some of the best service I have ever had. And I got everything I needed at a great price. I STRONGLY PROMOTE THEM AS AMONG THE BEST !!! If you know someone needing an Optomotrist, eye-exam, eye-ware, eye-care or anything related ... these people will provide you with awesome service or point you in the right direction. I never new these people before today ... WHAT AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE !!! *****
