She is almost always open, very reasonably priced, efficient and great at what she does. Most importantly, she is honest! I've taken items to her that she said aren't worth the cost to fix or won't look how I expect, which I appreciate so much. I try to send as much business her way as possible and I will continue to go to her as long as she stays in business.
