Value Village

Value Village, a Savers brand, is a for-profit, global thrift retailer offering great quality, gently used clothing, accessories, and household goods. Their Rethink Reuse® business model of purchasing, reselling, and recycling gives communities a smart way to shop and keeps more than 700 million pounds of used goods from landfills each year. They also help over 100 nonprofit organizations by purchasing donated goods from them, providing a source of revenue to support their vital community programs and services. With over 300 locations and 20,000 employees, Value Village operates under various brands, including Savers, Value Village, Unique, and Village des Valeurs.

Customers praise the friendly staff and well-organized stores, where they can find great deals and quality items. Many appreciate the large selection and the fun experience of discovering treasures in the store. However, some customers have concerns about the toilet facilities, noting that they often do not work, which can be inconvenient, especially for families with small children. There is also some criticism about prices rising, making it less easy to be thrifty when compared to buying new items. Overall, Value Village remains a top thrift destination in the area, offering a wide variety of items and convenient location near other thrift stores.
