Great experience. Easy to book an appointment, didn't have to just leave my vehicle all day for their convenience. Jay was clear on what was required, what was imperative and what was okay to deal with later. Super honest and trustworthy. Highly recommend!
Jay inspected my car today and was incredibly honest and professional. The dealership had told me I needed lower control arm replacement, but Jay checked everything thoroughly and confirmed that the bushings are actually fine and no replacement is needed.
I really appreciated his integrity — he could’ve easily gone along with the dealership recommendation, but instead he saved me from an unnecessary and expensive repair. I upgraded the inspection to an alignment, and he even waived the inspection fee, which was a great gesture.

Brought my car in as I thought I may have a strut needing replaced, Jay was great, thoroughly assessed it and turned out it wasn’t the strut, it was a much easier fix. He ordered the part and fixed ‘er up same day. Thank you, Jay, for your thoroughness and honesty, it’s not easy for me to let or trust anyone but my Dad or brothers to work on my car but I’d bring it in to you any time!
