Mike, Truly, and Ryan have taken exceptional care of me. The pace of the deal was perfect, they very obviously care about my satisfaction and safety. They even towed the trailer to my storage location before I bought it to ensure it fits! I can’t wait to come back again!
To be honest with you. I was somewhat concerned with the servive I was about to get. It was somewhat confusing and a bit unorganized.
Although I kept getting phone calls from your Kelowna store saying the required parts were in at their store but I was told two weeks prior they were in and I advised them to send them to the Langley store.
After three more phone calls from the, I think they got that figured out.
At the Langley store when I picked up the unit after the repairs. I became somewhat more satisfied the repairs that they could do were completed well.
There are more parts to be needed to complete all of the current repairs.

Traveland team is fantastic. We were treated very well, professional service friendly and helpful. They were patient with us seniors. The product is excellent. I would recommend this dealer to everyone. We are extremely pleased.
