Staff are extremely polite and courteous
My first visit was today as a birthday gift. I had a foot massage with a scrub. I really enjoyed not being in a separate room. I liked that it was semi private. You can’t see your neighbour but you can softly hear things occasionally. Everyone is respectful of being as quiet as possible. Very relaxing and stress relieving. The staff is excellent. Looking forward to treating myself next time.
Came here with my friends to celebrate a birthday and it was an awesome treat for each of us. The quiet zen environment, soft lighting, quiet music in the background is very calming. The staff gave all 5 of us our treatments at the same time and operated like a synchronized team. They served us tea & chocolates while we relaxed. The only pitfall was a lone customer to our left who was making gutteral sounds during his treatment and he also took a phonecall which dimmed the experience a bit for us. Overall, a treat.
