I'd like to thank the team at Serpentine Cedar, as it's clear they are more than just a roofing company. We run a heating and cooling company and we were doing a heat pump and tankless water heater conversion, at a home next to their job in South Surrey. We had to convert the exhaust venting for a furnace and tankless hot water system on the cedar shake roof, with a very steep pitch. While we had safety harnesses, roofing cleats and ropes, they noticed what we were doing and jumped into action. Serpentine recently completed a year long project reroofing all of our development of 90 homes. None of the residents of our development imagined in advance we would have such an incredibly positive experience with this company. Serpentine not only did an professional and competent job without any issues on the reroofing side but also gave us all a fine experience with the team of very respectful, friendly, and likeable people. They offered in all ways to make our experience stress free by helping move furniture and plants as needed and also cleaned and tidied at the end of each day. Tony's crew did a great job of our new cedar roof. The roofing team were hard working, skilled and respectful. They left our yard tidy when the job was done. The cedar shingles seem top quality. The price was reasonable. Far less than the estimate I got from another well known/advertised company. I recommend Serpentine Cedar wholeheartedly.
