Usually I am terrified coming into a Sephora as I have had some negative experiences but the associate that helped me named Harlene was very welcoming and wilful. She helped me find some skincare and makeup for my gals engagement party. I told her that I wanted something that would stay on all day and look good in photos and boy did she deliver. I got home after a full day out and my makeup looked flawless. It is so hard to find good customer service these days and Harlene truly restored some faith in me. This location can be super busy and the bar for customer service is very low these days but I have to commend this Sephora for excellent customer service the past few times I’ve been. At Christmas I was looking for a fragrance for my husband and the sales associate went out of her way to check online stock, back room stock, and let me know I could call Metrotown (which I did, and the sales associate there was equally helpful).
