Amazing service from everyone here! Norman and Diane very kind and humble. Norman even drove me home and picked me up when my vehicle was ready. You can’t ask for better service. Highly recommend!
The detailing job was beautifully done, truly 10/10. I knocked a star off for 2 reasons: when I picked up the car, owner mentioned they could fix the dent in my door, but only after I paid and was picking up? Might have been a nice suggestion while they were working on it. Not after.Also, I felt the price point was high, but for the water damage I was dealing with I figured it was reasonable. The big problem was I followed the owners advice of calling ICBC when the water returned/resaturated. 5 weeks of stressful battling with ICBC only to have further damaged carpets, no recourse, no money to repair (because of course claim was denied, despite paying for diagnosis)... read full review
