Exceptional service from start to end! Ordered window tint for my new Tesla Model Y through the Tesla app in September, and Monster Auto Lab reached out the same day to confirm delivery status. When I told them I hadn’t taken delivery yet, they said to let them know when it was scheduled. Fast forward 3 months and they proactively followed up during the holidays to check in. I went in to get a couple of windows tinted and had an excellent experience. From the very beginning, they were extremely welcoming and the communication was smooth all the way through. The quality of the work is top-notch. The shop is very neat and clean, which really shows their professionalism. Jason and his crew were amazing. Highly recommended!

Sam and his team were awesome start to finish. These guys are the best auto shop in Vancouver, very happy they've opened a new location in Mount Pleasant. They applied PPF and window tinting to my Tesla which turned out fantastic, couldn't be happier. Thanks Sam!
