Update: Visir 2: Went again for seasonal tire changeover. Sandeep and team were again excellent. Took old tires off from extra wheels, put winter tires on them and then switched from wheels and tires on the car. Packed the taken off ones in the Kal tire bags and loaded in the vehicle. Thanks a lot.
Visit 1: I visited with a run-flat tire puncture and had an excellent experience. The front desk staff were very professional, and Sandsingh clearly explained the possible repair options and scenarios in case a tire replacement was required. I stopped going to this location when we moved to Maple Ridge a few years ago. I came back this fall because the service just wasn’t there at the other location, there was always some sort of complication.
Sure enough this time there was a complication due to my last appt at the other location having lost a part on my last tire swap and either didn’t notice or just didn’t inform me. Kal Tire Port Kells took care of me and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. They just re-affirmed me in my decision to go back to using their location.
