Brought my PC in for a diagnosis and repair of what I believed to be a failed power supply. Jon was able to quickly confirm my suspicions, order, and replace the part in my machine. I received the machine back in perfect working condition at the low end of his time estimate. Price was very reasonable. Would recommend.

I contacted you urgently because my child's laptop broke down. He came all the way to my house and repaired it!! Due to a defect in my child's laptop, I eventually decided to buy a new laptop rather than repair it... I was grateful in many ways for bringing a used laptop so I could use it if I was in a hurry, and for organizing my old laptop data^^ He is a talented and kind person. Recommended!!
