Jay has been great. I originally hired another CPA in Mission to support local. I was getting email responses 1 week later if I was lucky. The guy had my file for 3 months and performed zero work on it.I then hired Jay. He started work on my file within 1 week of receiving. Very good open communication. I really felt his team went above and beyond. He still answers my emails frequently in quick time even after filing my corporate taxes.
