Been going 4.5 months. So far it has made a noticable difference.. less hairs and they grow much slower. Just minus one star because I find it very painful even with the cream and taking Tylenol. I have a friend that switched places and the new place doesn't hurt.. she was told because they had a newer machine.. leaves something to dream about
