It was a delight to be guided through the process at Henderson. I arrived a bit frazzled and unsure about how it all worked and they were so calm and reassuring. I was able to arrange exactly what my mom (who had just died) and my sisters and I wanted. Even though it was minimal and I worried that I would come across as uncaring by not choosing expensive options, Jenna understood our wishes and I did not feel judged or pressured. At all times everything was very clear and next steps were explained and everything happened just as they said it would.
