What I love about this gym:
The cardio area is huge, and honestly has some of the best equipment I’ve seen in any gym (better than Equinox, in my opinion). The temperature is actually comfortable, most gyms are way too warm. The staff are super friendly and helpful, there is tons of free parking, everything is kept clean, and the members here actually follow basic gym etiquette, which is rare for Surrey/Langley gyms.
Areas of opportunity:
More consistent enforcement around non-compliant members (for example, people bringing full workout bags onto the floor).
Making the small white towels mandatory for all members would also be a big plus.
Love this gym great price if you get in on black Friday only problem is it can get crazy busy but thats the same with alot of gyms. Atleast here you have a pool sauna steam room and hot tub
