Great experience here at Gary’s Auto. Also appreciated the friendly customer service. Went In for an oil change and they provided a full vehicle diagnostic and a print out estimate of a couple things that need work on my vehicle. I appreciated that they gave a full estimate on recommended work as other places I have been too before did not do this. Also they have a shuttle service to take you back home while your vehicle. Definitely will be back.
I had a lovely experience with Gary's recently. I brought my car in for an issue with my suspension clunking and I was pleasantly surprised with how they moved as quickly as they could, and the effort placed into their customer service by Oscar, Sarah, and Owen. Within the same day, they diagnosed the issue and updated me via text message which gave me a detailed answer regarding the diagnosis with videos included. Following diagnosis, they kept up with timely communication throughout the rest of the process and were transparent about pricing and honoring the customer's wishes. Their service was good. I toon my car for diagnoses. They really did their good job. Especially Oscar he went beyond effort and explained everything well. I’m a first time driver and having some trouble in my car wasn’t easy. He tried to find ways but my car is not worth. I guess need a new car?. Thanky guys!
