Came today for RMT services and their Eminence Express Facial. Very beautiful lounge areas. Had a great time and will definitely look forward to coming back. Highly recommend Ziana for facials, she is so wonderful and kind.

I've been here for a couple of RMT massage appointments and I am back because they've been very helpful! I wouldn't rate their relaxation lounge experience as being great though. The seating is really bad. The snacks are granola bars. It costs more to come here because it's a spa. There could be a better lounge experience for the price.

The front reception and RMT Tara were AMAZING. I came in for an RMT and was scheduled with Jay who I have never seen before. Very dismissive and cold with his tablet not making eye contact and walked in front of me to the room and asked me to sit down and proceeded to say I have no showed 4 times and I need to be charged a no show fee. In 2022 and 2023 I was sick and had short staff and was unable to attend my bookings and I paid the fee of $70 since I understand and took responsibility of that and apologized in 2023.
