I usually play squash there three or four times a week. There are two squash courts in the gym, and you can book a court online up to three days in advance.

Everytime I come into the Langley location, there is a young bigger girl that is always on her phone… I mean everytime. She could be working, but she just sits there on her phone. They should ban workers who are on their phone too much
The only thing I had issue with was men not taking off all the weights when done with machine. Moving 4x45 each side over my head is not safe. If my husband wasn't with me I wouldn't I used that machine.
